On February 28 (the last day of February) World Rare Disease Day is celebrated, for being "a strange day". This initiative aims to raise awareness about rare diseases and the impact they have on the lives of 300 million people around the world and their families.
Part of the sale of this brooch will go to FEDER (Spanish Federation for Rare Diseases) to help in research and other causes.
