Each bag comes sealed with approx. 8g dried herbs. All herbs are ethically/organically sourced. 

Directions: Pour 1-2 Tbsp into a clean bowl, then add boiling hot water, cover with a towel and allow to cool for a few minutes-so not to burn the skin. Then place face under the towel and breathe in vapors for 10-15 minutes. Release any drainage from nose and cough up any chest congestion. *May repeat as necessary for symptom relief.
